How to Apply
Application Process

Step 1 Complete the simple online Telstra’s Kids Fund grant application form Applying for a Grant.

Step 2 Telstra employee will receive a confirmation email once the application is submitted

Step 3 Telstra's Kids Fund Grant Committee meet to evaluate and endorse Telstra's Kids Fund applications

Step 4 Employee will be notified of outcome of application approximately eight weeks after the closing date of the Telstra's Kids Fund granting round

Step 5 Documentation will be emailed to successful employees to forward to the organisation

Step 6 Funding will be deposited into the organisation’s bank account within 28 days from the date the Grant Agreement is required to be returned to the Telstra Foundation.
Grant Conditions

The Telstra's Kids Fund Grants Committee retains the final discretion to determine grant amounts or to defer a decision on all applications.

Telstra's Kids Fund will provide one-off financial support only.

Telstra's Kids Fund grant money can only be paid into an organisation bank account, not an individual bank account.

Details of all grants provided by Telstra's Kids Fund will be made public.

Successful grant recipients will be listed on the Telstra Foundation website. Telstra Foundation will also seek positive media opportunities in the local area regarding the project that has been funded as well as promoting the project within Telstra.

Telstra's Kids Fund may ask the organisation to provide evidence to confirm not-for-profit status.

All successful recipient organisations are expected to spend the grant money within 12 months of receiving the funds.

Telstra's Kids Fund may visit the site of any organisation to which it intends to provide a grant at times. Conditions of the visit will be agreed to between the parties.
Grant recipients will be required to sign a Grant Agreement before payment is made.

Grant recipients must provide a brief final report on the project's outcomes that may be used in Telstra Foundation publications or to promote the Telstra Foundation.
