Registrations are now open for the Breakthrough Conversations Leadership Coaching program – proudly supported by the Telstra Foundation and the Telstra Imaginarium for Non-Profits program.

Breakthrough Conversations Leadership Coaching is an experiential learning program for non-profit leaders who want to build their coaching capability and enable others to amplify their impact.

Supported by Telstra and industry coaches, in this program you’ll be equipped with the skills and tools that will create powerful new ways for you to empower, connect and deepen your relationships with the people you lead.

  • Why coaching? – discover the power of coaching to enable others to achieve personal breakthroughs, problem solve and commit to action.
  • How to coach – practical, everyday conversational skills to help you leave others engaged, clear, and committed through your interactions.
  • Embedding your skills – ongoing support from our team through coaching pods that will help you practice and embed your new found skills.


Breakthrough Conversations Coaching is a one-day intensive, followed by 2 x one-hour group coaching pods to help you practice and embed your skills. There are 60 places available for not-for-profit leaders.
